Self Empowerment

One thing about Self empowerment is that it is just you 🙂
This means empowered by Self, not by anyone outside you. This inner work is often a lonely journey. It is only you there, working through everything.
You need to feel safe, strong, independant and happy alone. Then as you achieve this you are all these things regardless of who approves or not 🙂

This is YOUR journey. Most often when we do this it is done alone as few will want to come with you if it means that their internal shit will be exposed 🙂
