Mission:

Our mission is simple. Teach self innerstanding and empowerment to every soul who chooses to embrace the self journey back to light and knowing their true standing.

We dont have groups or are part of any groups. We are individual souls. We choose full freedom. Born in the image of God. God gave us full dominion over Gaia as Kaitiaki or Guardians, and self determination.
To be clear, when the term “God” is used, it is used to describe a greater source. Some call this source of life, matter and everything that exists, God or Source, or Creator or any of many other terms. Everything comes from something 🙂
For myself I prefer the term Source. Here we are using the term God, as the Law/Legal system is based on the bible or what is known as Cannon Law.

2023 is bringing changes…
Many along with us here have learned, studied and now know well the game of Admiralty LAW/Law/law and even Lore

What a journey That was 🙂 And one we now know hasn’t helped us find that elusive freedom we all wanted in the first place. Oh it found a ton of “paper” work that we never wanted either but we still went ahead and filled this document and that writ, and this affidavit and that cease and desist etc etc.

It got many incredibly angry and wanting payback and revenge. It continued to hold most captive in the New state of anger when you find you have been duped and fooled in the most arrogant ways for your entire life…

Then as you found your messy way through the maze of information, you found ways to claim a better standing. And yet they still came.

We found new ways of using the words. We learnt how to rebut, challenge and fight back. Yet they still came.

Paperwork to fight paperwork, words to fight words. And…

Through all of this we were captives still in fear and anger. 99% got nowhere fast. Those very few who went through all the shit and still knew there was more yet to find to root out this hate and anger they had instilled into you.

And there it was all this time. Right in front of our eyes.
WE, give the system power. WE, give our consent. WE, allow it to control, take, mould and define us. That’s right. YOU did it. Yep they trained you to for sure but at end of day it is us that made every final decision.

Now at this end of the game we now know the purist way to freedom and know Full Well that it wont be and isn’t for, everyone.

Welcome to Truth & Freedom NZ. Here we were focused on a particular method of exiting the legal admiralty system and standing under our selves, as a living sentient being. To the outside world we are called Nonresident Settlors. We now know so much more after 3 intense years away from the so called, “system”. We have learned from so many on this journey and incredibly grateful for it. Each step along this path seemed like it was it. Finally found what we have been search for.

From the paperwork and power of words in the legal world, to special ID’s and just how to use their forms and signatures and autographs and on and on.

This site is about Truth & Freedom. We know and innerstand now, that all we have done in the past, isn’t the way to real and full true Freedom.
All half of it did was tie us into that very “system”. (Means Sewer in Latin)
As we were learning and practicing various ways to fight them, counter them, get from them and so on, then we ARE feeding the beast. The fighting it’s self IS giving energy to them. They have taken our energy for so long we have no idea what i’ts like to be our full potential.

Floride as an example used in all our water and tooth pastes etc, all to solidify our pineal gland. A gland that produces ceritonin and also allows you to raise your frequency, consciousness etc and develop many abilities we are all very capable of. You can see why they have poisoned most food with chemicals. The very last thing they want is for us to wake up. A, to the lies and deception and B, to the fact that we are and always have been pretty dam amazing beings with HUGE internal potential.

They had us all focused on rugby, movie stars, racing and sports, daily grind, pay your way and the rest. All designed to make us focus on everything outside our selves. Those who found the wonders stored inside themselves were ridiculed and passed off as freaks, lunies and weirdo’s.

Hmmmm lol. Yep ive had 40 years of it and now more than ever so many folk are finally getting it 🙂 Finally waking up to the fact that every answer you ever search for was inside you.

Now we know exactly how the game works, we now know how to leave the game. The simple answer is – Dont play their game. Play your own.
The long answer is it is an inner journey that requires one to face the fact that every single tiny part of their lives has been programmed to believe and therefore experience, just what they wanted you to. Next realising that we have been giving our power away to them our whole life…. because we believed we had no choice.

We now know all the choices 🙂

The Process

What we went through anyway…

As I’ve stated many times, I’m happy to share the journey that I have done myself, along with my wife and others. We had been down the road of Common law, then Natural law and the lore. We’ve done all the laws 🙂
Now we know about Lor. The original one and only. All forms of the word law have no place of governance over self governance, self determination, born in the image of God with full dominion.
The Laws of man can only be for ones self and the choice to be governed by another’s laws or words is up to each of us.

We lay out here what we had done to get to where we are now.

What have we done?

Sea Pass ID Card – Diplomatic Immunity. $50 Adults. $25 for kids.
We got our Seapass Cards some 2 years ago. At that time we fully believed in all it held for us and the power of the ID card. Also the card was under He Wakaputunga 1835 Flag.
We now know this is still playing in admiralty ground and we don’t hold to the 1835 flag now days.
We now innerstand that for us here, anything to do with admiralty is not going to support self determination. It appears to simply be another form of fraudulent governance.

The death threats I received for using the flag in the south island were interesting to say the least. 🙂

Today I still use the card as ID along with my Vax Control Group ID card. Both have my autograph on them.

AOT –
This we now know is a choice to do. The AOT is still very powerful yet many do not know how to stand by it and or talk to it.
For most they feel that now they have one it will all be roses 🙂 Not so. If one does not know what is inside it and no idea how to stand by that contract then it will not help much. You need to know that inside the AOT you are telling NZ Gov that you will no longer accept or listen to NZ Law. Therefore you wont be needing your firearms license. By sending in the AOT you are telling them you are a living sentient being. Not a dead entity. You are mainly stating that you are indeed “Alive”. The system can only deal with Dead entities. The AOT these days is still a choice yet I feel not for everyone. You will need to be able to stand in that power and know all that you have stated within it.

Affidavit of Truth. This comes with the life time support we offer.

The full affidavit offers you protection from the system, claims your live status, protects kids under 18, covers your auto-mobiles, all your rights and so much more within Aotearoa. 15 page document that covers 93 points of ones life. This has been worked on and put together by a team of those who have been on this path for many, many years.

Again a simple process yet you need to know what it is and inner-stand what it is all about. The biggest thing the affidavit gives you is “choice”. We send one document to the The Department of Internal Affairs. This gives them 4 days to rebut any or all of the claims made within the affidavit. To date none have been rebutted by any.

Once your document AOT, goes UN-rebutted, it now “stands as truth in Law”. No judge will ever go against an, “UN-rebutted affidavit”. It has now turned into an “Affidavit of Fact. This we carry with us everywhere along with our Sea Pass Cards as our ID.

The next thing we did was $150 to the Commonlaw-embassy.com to get their full set of Status Correction Paperwork. 8 documents that fully complete your exit from the system and correct your standing in the living.
We work with the embassy and can now offer this status correction paperwork ourselves. Email to statuscorrection@truthandfreedom.kiwi and Andy will get that sorted for ye 🙂 This again is paperwork so still working in the paper world system. I still believe they have an effect yet now we know what we know now about living as Nonresident Settlor we now feel we don’t need to stand on this paperwork. It took quite a journey to move to this point however.

Also we joined and ordered the Vax Control Group Card to use as our Pass. Free to join and ye become a verified member of the global control group for vaccination. It means ye are Not To Be Vaccinated as ye are part of The Control Group.

Auto-mobiles. We removed the system registration plates from our privately owned motorized conveyance and no longer have reg stickers etc. No RUC’s as this is nothing more than revenue collection. We make dam sure that our conveyances are always Safe to be on the road. Regular checks are always done and we always make sure that the moment anything isnt right? We get it fixed immediately. No WOF sticker as you get one without their reg plates. We now have a different form of ID rather than their reg plate, which means they own it.

After all of this we then learned about NRS -Nonresident Settlor.
This was an entirely new concept to how we Were living. It was who we are inside, we got that but still, we had another journey to go on to discover ALL the threads that still tied us to the system. All the ways we were indeed still perpetuating the very thing we were leaving.

Now we know better we live better 🙂

The Seapass ID Cards

If you are into and behind the 1835 Flag then this is an option –
The Diplomatic Immunity Cards have multiple functions and work as a preventative – ideally you would obtain a Diplomatic Immunity Card from The Common Law Embassy and present it to the New Zealand Government Agents if they are over stepping your human rights – the cards main feature is the 1834 flag displayed on our Diplomatic Immunity cards that was gifted by KING WILLIAM IV to the Tinorangatira (Maori High Chiefs) in 1834 and is the actual correct flag of our nation. The 1834 flag has a very powerful standing which includes Diplomatic

Immunity & being a PASSPORT into any land and water of the world.

As an official identification card that is independent from the New Zealand Government Identification Cards – this allows the card bearer the ability to “avoid entering into CONTRACT “with the New Zealand Government agents.

The Affidavit of Truth

The affidavit process is well known within the legal system and an affidavit that has gone UN-rebutted is one of the most powerful documents one can ever have. As long as it complies with the 1957 Oath’s and Declarations Act 🙂 You see the courts are never interested in your truth! ONLY in the facts. Yet in the world of commerce, legal and admiralty Law, silence, or acquiescence is consent! In THEIR world. not mine 🙂

The affidavit sets out your truths as you know and claim them to be. These claims are presented to the dept of internal affairs. They are given 4 days to rebutt the claims point by point made within your statement of truths. Once that time has elapsed and no formal affidavit of rebuttal or challenge has been received? Now the power happens.

This document just turned into an affidavit of Fact. It is now known legally as Truth in Law and a judgement in commerce.

What is it exactly that is being suggested here?

This is all about your freedoms. For many, they are still very much locked into the system. Freedom means many things to everyone. Sure we want to be free, but what is “freedom”?

The freedom to choose what is right for yourself, for your own body, your ability to earn, your right to choose for your family and children. The right to not have to pay continuous amounts of hard earned money to exist, live and survive on a planet filled with abundance. To actually live free on your own land. Did you know that every single item you are coerced to “Register”, you have transferred ownership to whomever you “Registered” that item to. You remain the registered “keeper” of that item. This is why the guv can take anything from you that you register. Your kids, your marriage, car, house etc.

So, what is being suggested here is… Learn. Firstly what you think freedom actually is, will be wrong for most. As we have never lived true freedom, then it will be a big challenge to discover it.

From what we Now know on this journey, freedom actually starts on the inside. Not the outside. It is our own minds that have been corrupted to think in ways that keep you locked in. Thinking in ways of getting back, retribution, payback etc.

When actually it is changing the very ways that you have been conditioned to think. It is the self inner work that needs to be done here. ALL the work that should have been taught back in school. We have been conditioned to attach to our …. “Stuff”.
Oh how we fear loosing our “Stuff”.

So, what is suggested is to get your own house right. Right inside of YOU. As you do this you will discover that much of what many are suggesting is still keeping you locked into the fear, anger and retribution thinking. Meaning you are still in fear and anger. This has to go. The blame, the ridicule and so on must go.

Learn about Trusts and what they are. Learn about speaking truth. Being 100% Honest and real.
I was running trainings in how the admiralty game all works. Now I focus on the most important learning of all time.
Learn about you and how you work inside your own mind.
THAT will set you free faster and deeper than any form of paperwork 🙂

Having said all this…
What I would suggest is, sit down with pen and paper. Now really think about ALL the connections to the system that you currently have?
Insurances, Policies, Levies, Registrations, Taxes, Loans, schools, etc etc. List them all out. You need to see for your own eyes just how deeply you may or may not be attached to the seeming conveniences of what the crown system offers.

Next you will need to decide on what you can let go of. What you May need to keep and so on. If it really came down to it, could you live without it?
Freedom is really more in line with “having a choice”. For those till slaves to whatever level, there are many parts of your life that you dont have a choice in. Either do it or loose it. So you do it.

Always remember you have been already conditioned to think in the very ways that keep you entrapped. Many still fight to protect their enslavers.

For those who are now waking up to the tyranny and corruption, you most certianly Do have a choice 🙂 Thats the good news. The bad news is that you are going to have to let some shit go 🙂

Like all of it. The you that will be free is Not the you right now reading this. It is the real you. The ones who knows who and what they really are and that life happiness, purpose and prosperity can be lived by choice while living an honorable life. Being the way shower and the light bearerer. There is so much to let go of in the life most have now if you really want to be free.

Learning about how the corruption works and all the games that are played upon us all is one thing. Most likely it will get you angry first 🙂 Then the deeper you go the angrier you may get as you begin to realise just how deep it goes. Once you have a handle on how the games all work then you are now in a far better position to begin to let go. Once you see How and Why you were dupped, then you see the games everywhere. In reality you can’t look anywhere and Not see everything for what it is.

Many will prefer Not to live in the bush, lol as their 3 story house is far too comfortable 🙂 But also for many there is a growing energy to let go of the so called ” comforts”. Life got seriously complicated. It doesnt need to be. It can be easy, simple, rewarding and abundant. Life Can be happiness and fun again as it should be, and right within what we call the system.

Remember all we ever wanted was to be left alone! And for that to happen we just needed to leave the system alone 🙂

As your game face grows you find the simpler things in life far more important. Family, relationships, fun and friends, spiritual innerstanding.
As as you let go of all that fear and drop the name game, as you know they Need your Name to be able to do anything to you. Oh of course they will threaten to a-rest you 🙂 thats the coercion game. They need a name from you. If you dont (because you know who and what you are) there is nothing they can do to you. If you simply refuse to give a name then they Will a-rest you 🙂 Dont ever do any of this lightly! You Must know what you are doing!

Yes we live an average life. Out of the system. Our interaction with the system is by choice only. Buying food, gas and other products we pay tax, yes. By our choice. We don’t get bills we didnt ask for. We work doing what we love and exchange energy for what we do. Goods, items, dollars, whatever.
We can enter the system whereever and whenever we choose to and step out just as fast.
